Spikes Cavell to present three sessions at NIGP Forum – "Capitalize on Excellence"

As a strategic partner of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Spikes Cavell is committed to bringing relevant and useful education seminars and workshops to NIGP members.  Spikes Cavell will be presenting a number of education sessions at this year's annual Forum at the Gaylord Convention Center in Maryland from August 25th to the 29th. 

On Friday the 26th from 11:30-12:30, Luke Spikes and Jonathan White will present "Developing and Implementing a Savings Delivery Blueprint" which is designed to illustrate how to begin to create a "Procurement Savings Blueprint" for your own organization.

On Sunday August 28th from 10:00 – 11:30, Spikes Cavell staff will be joined by a number of thought leaders in the public procurement community who have recently undertaken a spend analysis exercise through the NIGP Observatory, and will be sharing their initial findings.

And on Sunday August 28th from 4:00 – 5:30, Jonathan White will be presenting, "How To Measure Savings and Show the Value of Procurement" which is designed to help organizations better understand how they can report the savings they achieved using a free tool available to NIGP National Agency Members called Measure.
