Bill Ward, MBA, CPPO, Purchasing Manager at City of Lee's Summit, MO presented this webinar on raising your procurement department's image through spend analysis.

Spend Analysis and Spend Management has become more than just buzz words in Public Procurement. While many Procurement Departments carry out these tasks today, few have taken the proactive steps to become the consultant on the topic for their entities. Taking the spend data and other information from your accounting system this session will explore how to use this data and transform it into a Departmental Annual Spend Review for Departmental Directors and Managers. These reviews will assist Departments in identifying spend patterns and guide departments on the use of their ever shrinking budget resources. The outcome is a win-win for the Procurement Department and Departmental Director/Manager.
