Our dedicated support team is sharply focussed on delivering the practical assistance required to ensure you to derive the maximum value from your investment in our programs, products and services.  Our emphasis is very deliberately placed on what it is you want to achieve as an outcome and how that outcome can be most effectively delivered. Our support organization has been designed to be responsive and flexible and includes:

  • Relationship Managers

    A senior member of the team is assigned to you and is directly accountable for ensuring that in all respects we exceed your expectations. Your relationship manager will call on, and coordinate, our project or program management, training and support, supply management, payment recovery and advanced analytics resources as needed.

  • Project Managers

    Our project managers are data experts and will liaise directly with your nominated data contact to manage the timely and accurate extraction and transformation of your raw financial data data with the minimum of effort on your part.

  • Product Specialists

    Our pool of product specialists are experts in the Observatory's online tools and are tasked with delivering product support by telephone, email and online.

  • Programme Managers

    Our program managers are seasoned professionals, with considerable experience of procurement in the public sector, who oversee the implementation of our Transform Program.
